New Vietnamese restaurant coming to the Liberties

The Liberties is getting a brand-new Vietnamese street-food style restaurant called Madame Pho. The restaurant has a chain in Northern Ireland but now has decided to conquer Dublin city with two branches.

The new Thomas Street location opens on Monday, November 4th. The menu includes classic Vietnamese curry, noodle soup also a variety of rice plates. The full menu is on their website.

We spoke to a few locals about the opening of the restaurant. Greg Healy said, “Yeah, it’s deadly. I am well open to trying it. It’s something new and fresh. Who’s gonna complain, really?”

Emma Kiernan said, “I’m actually very excited to try the food from here. It’s something I haven’t tried before but I’m sure I’m going to love it.”
