Here is a list of just a few Irish companies to shop with this Christmas across a range of categories to find that perfect gift.

The rollercoaster start to the year has been quite exciting for a Cork-based lady who has used this time to kick-start her dream, with passion, determination and honest hard graft that is exactly what has happened! Charlene used the home lockdown to good use by coming up with a concept and researching it to see if it was viable and turns out it was that and more!

Charlene says “It warms my heart knowing that daily my boxes are used to put a smile on peoples face and without a doubt a brilliant pick me up. What started as a cup, chocolate and candle, has now expanded into a gift for every season or occasion. If you don’t see it, don’t worry, we can create it a box bespoke for you!”

8 The Book Resort

A luxury box, beautifully presented with a brilliant brand new book, a generous decadent bar of chocolate, and an artisan  surprise from a small Irish business  delivered direct to your door. After noticing that Ireland did not yet have any fresh flower subscription service, married couple Niall and Amy co-founded Bouquet Box in 2017. Subscription floristry streamlines the flower ordering process, which means they can get flowers into your home within 4 days of being picked, meaning the flowers stay fresher and smelling better for longer, and you get to enjoy them longer. The flowers are freshly picked and then go straight to your home.

10 My Ireland Box

This is the ideal gift for a loved one oversees! A My Ireland box is filled with unique finds that reflect old Ireland, to the old Gaelic text of an ancient Gaelic song printed on a diary or a bespoke piece of jewelry that is made especially for members, tasty treats or a book to transport you to Ireland, all the way from Dingle in County Kerry.

11 The Little Wax Company

After giving up work in 2011 to stay at home and raise her family, Amy started experimenting with different fragrances and waxes and from this The Little Wax Company was created in 2018. Today, the Little Wax Company is proud to have a great team at its workshop in Dublin where the products are hand-poured.

12 The Irish Chandler

The Irish Chandler has steadily grown from a home grown Irish business into a recognisable brand that now produces hundreds of candles each week. Although new equipment has been introduced to cope with the large influx of sales, everything is still handmade in the Lisdoonvarna workshop, each candle is lovingly hand poured and all of the labels designed in-house are printed and then each one carefully attached to the jars by hand.
