Liberty Saints Recruiting for 19/20 Season.

It’s fair to say 2019 is set to be a massive year for Irish rugby as we are approaching the Rugby World Cup in Japan, Joe Schmidt’s last tournament in charge as manager.

September will also mark the start of the 2019/20 club season and Liberty Saints RFC are hoping for a big season with hopefully more players joining their ranks.

Liberty Saints is a local club and their primary aim is to get kids involved and enjoying the sport like every rugby club in the country.  The club have firmly got the new season in their minds as they want to prepare for the future.

A spokesperson for the club told us “they had a mixed year in terms of participation and they are planning ahead for next season with recruitment being their top priority for next year”.

Rugby is growing more and more here in Ireland and the young people of the area are encouraged to get involved in the sport and it’s never too late to get involved and learn.

The more players that get involved will help grow the club and hopefully get more players involved in the sport and on the pitch for the Liberty Saints at all different age groups.

The sport is continuing to grow throughout the country and its important that it continues to grow in the local communities also as it has an ultimately positive effect on the community and the young people.

Young people should join the Liberty Saints in time for pre-season and help their local club continue to make progress. The clubs needs players and it encourages anybody to get involved.
