Pharmacy closure
O’Hara’s pharmacy on Aungier Street has suddenly closed in recent weeks – informing customers with a note taped to the shopfront that its shutters have been pulled for the last time.
The note
The note explained that the pharmacy, on Redmond’s Hill at the corner with Kevin Street, will remain closed. It informed customers that “patient files will be available and transferred to a nominated pharmacy as soon as one is available”.
The pharmacy has declined to comment when contacted by The Liberty and the reason for its closure is still unknown.
