The GAA has confirmed this week that the 2014 Season Tickets are now on sale.
The Season Ticket scheme – which is now in its sixth year – proved to be a great success last year, with almost 14,000 members and supporters purchasing one.
GAA season ticket prices for 2014 are listed at €85 for adults and €10 for juveniles.
The tickets provide access to the following games for your selected county and code (hurling or football):
For example, a Dublin GAA Football Season Ticket holder can attend any Allianz Football League fixture in 2014 (including finals), Dublin’s opening Leinster GAA Football Championship game, the AIB GAA Senior Club Finals on St. Patrick’s Day plus the Junior and Intermediate Club Football Finals in Croke Park.
The Pay & Play system will apply as your county progresses through the Championship. This means that the Season Ticket holder will be charged in advance of each additional Championship fixture.
Season Ticket holders can also qualify for an All-Ireland Final ticket if their chosen county reaches the final in their chosen code.
The ticket holder can be eligible if they have attended 60% or more of their county’s League and Championship matches.
Demand for Season Tickets in some counties is very high and last year the Dublin GAA Football Season Tickets sold out completely.
Renewal rates for Dublin Football Stand Season Tickets mean that this category is already sold out for 2014. However, there are a limited number of Hill 16 Dublin Football Season Tickets still available for adults only.
Hill tickets are priced at €165 and include the Club+ package which covers entry to all Dublin Club Football & Hurling Championships matches in 2014.
“The GAA’s Season Ticket, which offers both excellent value and an opportunity to purchase an All-Ireland ticket, is a highly recommended scheme for our regular attendees”, said a spokesperson for the GAA.
The GAA are advising members to purchase their Season Tickets before the 29th November to ensure their arrival for Christmas.
