Guide to the top summer events in the Liberties

For the kids:

Peppa Pig and the gang will perform in the Olympia theatre on the 26th and 27th of May. This is a brand new stage show that all kids will love. A great family day out is on the cards with this show. Ticket prices start from €22.65 including booking fee.

For the pop lovers:

Anyone who listens to music on Youtube will have come across Boyce Avenue. They are a duo that cover a vast range of songs as well as writing their own material. Pop music lovers will adore this gig in the Olympia on the 26th and 27th of June and with ticket prices starting from only €25, who could say no?

For Festival goers:

The Camden Crawl is back with a bang this year and promises to be the best year yet. Taking place on the 11th and 12th of May, this is not one to be missed. The line-up this year includes We Are Scientists, And So I Watch You From Afar, Rubberbandits and many more. Tickets are €40 for a weekend pass and €25 for a day.

For the Locals:

The Nualas are back. Local Liberty lady Anne Gildea and her band have reformed and are back with a bang. Their new stage show One Night of Dignity takes place in Vicar street on the 8th of June and tickets are €25. This show will definitely provide a few laughs and will keep you entertained throughout.

For television lovers:

Any fans of Downton Abbey out there? If so, you will know who Scala & Kolacny Brothers are. If not, they are a Belgian women’s choir who cover hit songs such as U2’s With or Without you. They rose to fame after providing some of the music for the hit TV show Downton Abbey.  This show in the Olympia theatre on the 18th of May will not disappoint. Tickets start from €30.
